I recently purchased myself a psp! I'm very happy with it, and I have to say my favourite game thus far is a little gem called LocoRoco. You basically play as a planet, whose job it is to tilt and shake these strange rolling bouncing sing balls to safety. The graphics have a very distinct and polished style, and the soundtrack is cute and catchy. It's one of those games that is so darn strange it's just plain awesome.

Only the Japanese could come up with something so nutty yet so cool..

  • HAH! I remember playin Parappa the Rapper on my old PSX. That game was hilarious.

  • Actually in NZ, PSP outnumber DS sales by far.. I own Daxter and Burnout which are definitely worth owning. Crush also looks mighty fine, can't wait fo Parappa the Rapper, and add all the games Square Enix are currently developing for the PSP, and there's plenty to entertain me! :)

  • Japanese people are clever. They do the weirdest things. Like today we were driving along a highway, and there was this huge net/cover like thing over the top of the road. I was like "What is that?" and they're like "well there was a golf course here when they put the road in so instead of moving it they just made the highway part of the course." So like, hitting the ball over the highway is part of the course. It was pretty darn weird. But kinda funny. Also on the subject of weird munted looking cartoons and games... I watched this TV show the other day which was about a bunch of Tennis playing Oden ingredients (Oden is a japanse meal) there was like sausage man and egg girl and daikon(chinese radish?) man.... it was freakin' nuts. I love Japan. Oh and I found melon flavoured kitkat.
